These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Best Onward Ticket, operated by Best Onward Ticket. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Nature of the service
We provide temporary onward flight reservation documentation. The document may include a verifiable passenger name record (PNR), itinerary, passenger details, and reservation validity information.
The service does not provide a paid flight ticket, boarding pass, transportation, baggage allowance, seat entitlement, or right to board an aircraft. You must not attempt to travel using the reservation as if it were a paid ticket.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate passenger and itinerary information.
- Reviewing the confirmation page and delivered document promptly.
- Confirming the requirements of the airline, embassy, visa authority, immigration authority, or other requesting organization.
- Obtaining all visas, entry permissions, paid flight tickets, insurance, and other travel documents required for your journey.
- Contacting us promptly if booking information is incorrect.
Processing and delivery
Processing times are estimates and may be affected by airline inventory, reservation system availability, payment verification, demand, and technical issues. Scheduled delivery selections indicate when processing should begin, not a guaranteed delivery second.
If you request early processing for a scheduled booking, we may begin immediately and the original scheduled time will no longer apply.
Reservation validity
Reservations are temporary and may expire, be cancelled, or become unavailable earlier than expected due to airline or reservation-system actions outside our control. Do not rely on the reservation for boarding or transportation.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful immigration activity, identity misuse, payment abuse, system interference, resale without authorization, or any purpose prohibited by law.
Limitation of responsibility
We do not control decisions made by airlines, airports, embassies, visa services, border authorities, immigration officers, or other third parties. Acceptance of onward documentation is never guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
